The Brent Gibson Memorial Icebreaker Triathlon sponsored by Campbell and Haliburton Group in memory of Brent Gibson on May 26th was a huge success. The triathlon, which is a fundraiser for The Campbell and Haliburton Athlete Excellence Program, registered over a 100 participants from 4 to 84 years! In addition to providing an early season racing and training opportunity, the event raised much needed resources for Saskatchewan triathletes competing at the elite, high performance, and entry levels. We wish to thank Sask Lotteries, Sask Sport, City of Regina for the road closures, Regina Multisport Club for hosting it, and Campbell and Haliburton for promoting the event and supporting our athletes.
