The Triathlon Saskatchewan Association Corporation (STAC) is seeking nominations to the position of Director at Large to serve a two-year term on the board of directors. According to article 7.3 of Triathlon Saskatchewan Association Corporation’s bylaws, an individual nominated for a Director at Large position must come from a member. Here is a summary of the nomination procedure:
- Nominations open until April11th. Click on the link https://forms.office.com/r/1nJhZkdpY5 to nominate a member for a Director at Large position.
- A slate of nominated candidates and online ballot will be sent by email to the membership on April 12th with an online ballot.
- The results of the vote will be announced at the April 25th Annual General Meeting of members.
- Directors at Large elected to positions will begin the role in a meeting of the board immediately following the AGM.
