Give It A Tri Triathlon in Regina

June 15

We’re excited to announce that this year’s “Give it a Tri” event will take place at Echo Lake on June 15th! Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out, we’ve got distances for everyone: Super-Sprint (Try-a-Tri), Sprint, Sprint-Aquathlon, and Duathlon. Plus, we’re introducing a new race category this year – Kids of Steel!

Our race sponsors include Dutch Cycle, Regina Lakeview Dental and Hybrid Renovations and Restoration, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their support.

We’re also thrilled to share that we’ve partnered with husband-and-wife duo, Donna Bartel and Mike Pearson, for a very special cause. From May to September 2025, they’ll be “Tri’ing to End ALS” by competing in triathlons across every province and territory in Canada. Their mission is to raise awareness and funds for ALS, a fatal neurological disease that causes the progressive paralysis of voluntary muscles. There is no cure for ALS, but with your support, there is hope.

Their journey will start in Nanaimo, BC, and travel across the country, ending in Cultus Lake, BC. If you’d like to support this incredible cause, you can donate through the link here: Tri’ing to End ALS – Fundraising for ALS.

We hope to see you there at Echo Lake on June 15th, and thank you for helping us make a difference!
