Sponsored by Western Cycle SFS, the Echo Lake Triathlon will offer Sprint Triathlon, Sprint Duathlon, Aquabike, as well as Aquathlon, for male and female athletes.

• Cost:  Early Bird May 1- June 15 $ 80 June 16- July 8 $ 100

• Distances:​  Both Standard and Sprint Distances of Triathlon, Aquabike, Duathlon and Aquabike

  • Standard Triathlon – 1.5km swim, 40km bike, 10km run

  • Standard Duathlon – 1km run, 40km bike, 10km run

  • Standard Aquabike – 1.5km swim, 40km bike

  • Standard Aquathlon – 1.5km swim, 10km run​​​

  • Sprint Triathlon – 750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run

  • Sprint Duathlon – 1km run, 20km bike, 5km run

  • Sprint Aquabike – 750m swim, 20km bike

  • Sprint Aquathlon – 750m swim, 5km run​​​

    • Run will be within Echo Valley Provincial Park (on Echo Lake side only) doing multiple loops depending on age/distance.
