Strength and Conditioning Sessions (Online)

Location: Online
Participants will receive a pre-recorded session every Sunday to do at their convenience.
Suggested equipment for the online session:
- 1 or 2 dumbbells or kettlebells
- 1 mini band with light tension
- 1 mini band with heavy tension
- Stair or step (modifications will be given for those without one)
