Dates: Nov 16th – Dec 21st

Days/Time: Sunday 

Location: Online 

Participants will receive a pre-recorded session every Sunday to do at their convenience. 

Suggested equipment for the online session: 

  • 1 or 2 dumbbells or kettlebells
  • 1 mini band with light tension
  • 1 mini band with heavy tension
  • Stair or step (modifications will be given for those without one)
