We have 2 groups: a KOS group ages 9-12 and a Youth/Junior Group ages 13-19. In this camp athletes will learn how to swim in the open water\, how to ride a bike and proper run form and technique. All levels and abilities are welcome as we would like to introduce more athletes to the 3 sports in triathlon and how to be successful on race day. For any athletes in the KOS on Saturday this camp would give them the skills to swim and run at their best. Athletes do not need to attend all practices\, but it is recommended to do as many as possible.
