Hosted by Regina Multisport Club
June 18th, 2023
This race is sponsored by Dutch Cycle and will take place at Echo Lake Provincial Park on June 18th. Geared towards all levels of athletes, this race includes a 750m open water swim at the main beach, a 20k bike ride around the lake and a 5k run in the beautiful park. The race also offers a modified Try-a-Tri distance which is a 375m swim, 20k bike, 2.5k run.
A special feature of this race is our Swim Angels. If you are nervous about the swim, these experienced ‘angels’ will swim alongside you and guide you through the course. Of course, they can’t help you swim (ah shucks!) but they will be there for support and to help you relax. If you’re interested, simply request one on your registration form.
All participants will receive a special swag package with their race registration. There will also be post-race celebrations at the finish line that will also include lunch and snacks from local vendors and tons of prize giveaways from local businesses. Additional meals tickets will be available for purchase in advance.
As well, we will be hosting an open-water swim, bike and run clinic for new and returning triathletes to run through the course with us at Echo Lake. These clinics will be hosted before the race in May and June with dates to be announced soon. We are also providing a 6-week training plan to any registrants who request one. If you are interested in a pre-race clinic or 6-week training plan, please check the boxes in the registration form to receive updates.
We are aiming for a bigger and better race than ever – register early to avoid disappointment! Early bird pricing of $80.00 if you register prior to May 10th. Price goes up to $90.00 after that date.
We are all excited to cheer you on at the finish line!
